Inzolia Sicidia Organic La Natura
The grape is a Sicilian Inzolia, which is a native grape that’s primarily found in Western Sicily. Mixed fruits-apples, figs, and dates-meet white flowers and brown spices in an exotic aroma. Luscious tropical fruit flavors, follow the nose, mouth-filling and textured, dry and suitably acidic; there’s a hint of caramel and a slight but distinct bitter almond quality in the long finish.   33
 
Pinot Grigio, Veneto
This Pinot Grigio from the North of Italy is produced from grapes grown organically in the hills above the River piave. The wine is dry yet very fruity with rich flavor.   34

Beer

Beers are produced in small batches in the green mountains of Vermont. They are made with pure Vermont water, organic malts, hops, and special house yeast.
 
Brown Ale
Mild creamy ale is deep amber in color. Smooth and luscious blends, with a fine balance of Caramel and chocolate malt with subtle spicing.
 
Pale Ale
A golden amber brew with cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Rich aroma of hops, crisp refreshing and exotically aromatic.
 
India Pale Ale
Made with generous aromas of hops. Crisp and clean with delicious hop spiciness and subtle malt balance. For those who enjoys a full flavored well-hopped beer.
 
Oatmeal Stout
A dark stout, black in color with a beautiful creamy head. It is brewed with organic oats, wheat, barley and hops.
 
Wit Bier (seasonal)
A Belgian style white beer. Naturally cloudy, due to a high percentage of local organic raw wheat and mildly spiced with orange peel and coriander. Light, fruity, and refreshing.
 
 
 
Water is extracted from the brewery’s 300 feet deep borehole and combined with the U.K Soil Association accredited light malted barley from Norfolk. Organic Hallertau hops from New Zealand provides the distinctive palate. THe yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety. The result is delicate, clean, crisp, and lightly carbonated. A traditional English ale with a full citrus hop aftertaste.

Ur Pils (pilsner)
Bitter, golden pils was developed in Pilsen, Czechoslovakia. Like the original, Ur Pils brewed with organic malt and hops.
 
Munster Alt
Alt is the word for “old” or “ale” and this style is certainly among the earliest. Today, it is a specialty of Westphalia, in Northern Germany.
 
Hefeweizen
Wheat beer is a Bavarian specialty. In the 16th century, the Electors of Bavaria declared beer made from wheat to be a monopoly of the state, which remained for centuries.
 
 
Organic Lager
A full-bodied lager with lots of malt and hop character. A touch hoppier than many lagers yet perfectly balanced.
 
Organic Ale
A delicately flavored golden ale in which subtle fruity esters from the Samuel Smith yeast strain interact with a background of maltness and fresh hops.

La Foret
Brewed by Dupont, it is the exported, 100% organic version, exhibiting the same resinous hop aroma that Saison Dupont features, with a little more mustiness in flavor and bouquet. Made with filtered artesian water, it has a bold bitterness and a soft malty background.
